CTU Transfer Units are precision machined and feature sheet metal construction and offer excellent handling properties for a multitude of products.

They are especially designed to handle delicate or heavy items. The units can be mounted integrally within RLG Roller Gravity Conveyor systems or as independent units.

A matrix of free casters supports the item being conveyed. A judicious selection of caster size and distribution is specifically matched to the properties of the item being transported.

A precision machined plate will offer a very smooth transition from the rollers to the casters bed.

CTU transfer units are used whenever a product needs to change direction, or must be rotated about its vertical axis.

They are particularly suited for handling cartons, crates, boxes, or any surface that is not deformed when supported by the wheels matrix.

The unit is not suitable for soft surfaces such as sacks or loosely bound items.
