These UNITEL roller conveyors offer cost effective, safe and virtually maintenance-free handling of any goods with a suitable contact surface and feature galvanized rollers mounted on a precision made frame.
Rollers are set high for unobstructed transport of goods larger than the conveyor's nominal width.
The side channels can accept many accessories such as guide rails, end stops, and can also be coupled through butt coupling plates to other straight or curved sections, Y junctions, walkway gates, omni directional units or UNITEL belt conveyors for a most flexible handling solution. |

2- Characteristics |

The RLG family is used for light to medium duty unit loads
The heavy duty construction uses 3 mm sheet metal side channels that are precision punched every 30 mm
This family accepts R50 and R60 rollers, made of galvanized steel thus a roller pitch of 60 mm ( with R50 only), 90, 120, 150, or 180 mm is thus achieved.
This family is mechanically compatible with other types of conveyors ( belt, live rollers, chain, etc…) |

Transport of unit goods, such as cartons, crates, boxes, and virtually any goods with a suitable contact surface,where low cost is required, and manual or gravity operation is acceptable.
RLG Conveyors are found in:
- Warehousing
- Production Lines
- Accumulation at start or end of powered conveyors.
- Manual Assembly Lines.
