Snub Idlers:

Adjustable snub rollers in the section running towards the tail roller are particularly well suited for tracking and guiding a conveyor belt.

To adjust the snub roller, shift it in the direction A-B.

To achieve a good tracking effect, the arc of contact at the snub roller has to be minimum 30 degrees.

The tracking effect can be further enhanced by a coated snub roller (friction cover made of rubber or plastic.
